Serves 2

1 1/2 Cup of cold coconut water

2 Kale leave

1 Hand full of spinach

2 Dates

5 Fresh mint leaves

1 tablespook of each of the following: spirulina, chia seeds, hemp protein

all the ingredients in your blender them until smooth and ENJOY
