Vedic Meditation - an Info Session with Marcus Hamill

Vedic Meditation is definitely a bit of a 'buzz phrase' at the moment. But what is it, how does it work, what does it do and how can you experience it?

I can only talk from personal experience but is has significantly changed my life for the better.  I first started a vedic meditation practice around 4 years ago when I was going through a very stressful period of my life and for me the effect was both profound and instantaneous. Since then I have reccomended the practice to many of my friends and family and almost all of them have felt a similar experience. For me it has created more 'space' in my life, decreased my stress and made me less volatile when reacting to issues in day to day life.

If you are interested in finding out more then come down to the studio this Saturday for Open Day at 3pm as local Vedic Meditation teacher Marcus Hamill will be holding a free info session and Q&A. Off the back of this Marcus will run a course for anyone interested in the following weeks.

A bit more about Marcus below.

Marcus came to meditation 7 years ago, primarily as a means to turn off his busy mind and deal with the underlying stress and anxiety he was feeling.  What he soon discovered was that this simple and effortless practice offered so much more, literally enriching his life in every way.

In fact, so transformative was the experience, that he became inspired to train with the world’s leading experts in order to teach this profound and life changing mental technique.
